Bloom Box - Fall 2026 Semester

The Joyful Stitch Bloom Box is a four-month hand sewing and embroidery subscription for students ages 12 and up. Each monthly box delivers a curated project kit, an open-ended creative prompt card with necessary sewing supply, and a skill card with written instructions and step-by-step photographs— everything needed to start building real, lasting sewing and embroidery skills through beautiful, wearable, and gift-able projects.

Box 1 (September): Embroider a Fine Linen Handkerchief — embroidery basics, running stitch, satin stitch, hemming. Open-ended prompt: embroidery stickers, floss, and a bandana to embroider freely.

Box 2 (October): Floral Appliqué — Wattle & Loop Style — appliqué basics, loop stitch, design placement. Open-ended prompt: small fabric piece for a DIY appliqué project.

Box 3 (November): Reverse Appliqué T-Shirt — reverse appliqué, careful cutting, embroidery embellishment. Open-ended prompt: colorful fabric for a freeform reverse appliqué project. NOTE: T-shirt size is collected at checkout — please select Adult S, Adult M, Adult L, or Adult XL, or Adult 2XL, when ordering.

Box 4 (December): Christmas Tree Appliqué & Embroidery — appliqué and embroidery combined, embellishment with sequins or beads. Open-ended prompt: felt award button pins to make and wear.

Each box includes a complete project kit, open-ended prompt card with needed supplies, skill card with QR code video lesson, and a monthly quality sewing notion.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE: Box 1 ships September 10, 2026. Box 2 ships October 1. Box 3 ships November 1. Box 4 ships December 1. Sign up deadline is August 31, 2026.
